Refund Policy for Custom-Made Items at Figure Buddy

At Figure Buddy, we are dedicated to ensuring that your custom-made items meet your specifications and expectations. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we do offer a refund if your item arrives damaged.

Refund Eligibility

  • Damage Reports

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged. Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery.

  • Notification Period

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery date at support@figurebuddy.com, providing your order number and detailed information about the damage.

  • Authorization Required

To process a refund, prior authorization is needed. Unauthorized claims will not be accepted. Upon reviewing your claim, if eligible, we will authorize the refund process.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made items that are not damaged are not eligible for refunds.
  • Items not reported as damaged within the 2-day notification period.

Email us with the damage details and your order number. Our customer service team will evaluate the claim and, if applicable, authorize a refund.

  • Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as damaged.

Policy for Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an error on the customer’s part (e.g., incorrect address or no one available to receive the package), the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
  • We will contact you to confirm the details before attempting to reship any returned package deemed undeliverable.
